Privacy Policy — ARENA

This Privacy Policy describes how ARENA ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application ARENA: Multiplayer Games (com.arenaapp.jogos).

By using ARENA, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

ARENA does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your email address or phone number.

We may collect the following information automatically:

• Display name and country: a nickname and country flag you choose voluntarily when setting up your profile, used for leaderboards.
• Game data: scores, ELO ratings, game statistics, in-app currency, and card collections — stored locally on your device and partially synced to our Firebase database for leaderboard purposes.
• Device identifiers: a unique device token (FCM token) generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging, used exclusively to send push notifications to your device. This token is stored on our Firebase servers.
• Device information: device type, operating system version, and app version — collected by third-party services for analytics and advertising purposes.
• Advertising data: advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) used by Google AdMob to serve ads.
• Purchase data: records of in-app purchases processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the game experience
• To display global leaderboards and rankings
• To send push notifications about the Daily Challenge and app updates
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob
• To process in-app purchases through Google Play
• To analyse app usage and improve performance

3. Push Notifications

ARENA uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google, to send push notifications to your device. These notifications may include:

• Daily Challenge reminders (e.g. "New Daily Challenge — Play and see where you rank")
• Important app updates or announcements

To send notifications, FCM generates a unique device token that is stored on our Firebase servers. This token is not linked to your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

You can disable notifications at any time in two ways:

• In-app: go to your Profile → Settings → Notifications and toggle off.
• Device settings: Android Settings → Apps → ARENA → Notifications → disable.

4. Third-Party Services

ARENA uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

5. Advertising

ARENA shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalised based on your interests using your advertising ID. You can opt out of personalised advertising by adjusting your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation

Users who purchase the "Full Access" or "Premium Pack" in-app purchases will not see advertisements.

6. In-App Purchases

ARENA offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed securely by Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information. Purchases can be restored through Google Play.

7. Data Storage

Most game data (scores, coins, cards, settings) is stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. Leaderboard data (nickname, country, scores) and your FCM notification token are stored on our Firebase servers (located in Belgium, EU). If you uninstall the app, local data will be deleted. 8. Children's Privacy

ARENA is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Your Rights (GDPR — European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to erasure — you can request that we delete your data.
• Right to object — you can object to the processing of your data for advertising or notification purposes.
• Right to withdraw consent — you can withdraw consent for push notifications at any time via app or device settings.
• Right to data portability — you can request your data in a portable format.

10. Your Rights (CCPA/CPRA — California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected about you.
• Know whether your personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom.

11. Data Retention

Game data stored locally on your device is retained until you uninstall the app. Leaderboard data and FCM tokens stored on Firebase are retained while you use the app and deleted upon request. Advertising data managed by Google AdMob is subject to Google's retention policies.

12. Security

All data transmitted between ARENA and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
